Lifestyle Guidelines

These guidelines are applicable for the longer version of the Intestinal wash.

Lifestyle Guidelines For the First Week and Beyond
  • Avoid excessive mental and physical activities for the first few days, and then ease yourself back into a workload as you feel up to it.
  • Practice moderation in all things.
  • Take the time to enjoy and appreciate your new inner cleanliness. Delve deeper in your meditation.
  • Keep the body temperate by: No swimming; no hot baths, spas or saunas; no cold showers; no sunbaking or long exposure to sun.
  • Keep away from: Sick people (i.e. infectious diseases and mentally depressive types); emotionally traumatic situations; unnatural environments - eg air conditioning, bright lights, fumes, putrid substances, chemicals; sensory bombardments - eg loud music, TV, chatterboxes and whingers.
  • Take it easy: Don't overwork physically or mentally - but don't be lazy either.
  • Get plenty of sleep. No late nights. Shift workers be careful of proper sleep patterns.
  • Don't be pushed - or be pushy.
  • Avoid excessive conflict. Practice surrender.
  • Avoid low quality sex (i.e. interactions with lovers that are not satisfying to that highest part of you).
  • Think before you eat everything: Do I really need this? Is this the best thing available to put into my body? Will I feel good about having eaten this afterwards?
  • Leave behind old patterns, habits, expectations of yourself and others.
